Some time ago the lovely ladies over at BlogherAds asked me if I would like to review some products. Something involving babies. Well I love babies. And I love products. So I said count me in!
Well about a month ago a box showed up at my door. Inside was like a Aquaphor party! They sent me 5 things, 4 were different sized containers of Aquaphor Healing Ointment and 1 bottle of Aquaphor Gentle Wash and Shampoo. Honestly when I saw it all, I was thinking, “Overkill. There wouldn’t be any way I needed 4 different sizes of that stuff.”

I’m addicted. Seriously. I started using it on EE’s bum. It went on great. Wasn’t too sticky. Didn’t leave my hands feeling greasy. Smelled nice. Pleasant. I gave the larger container to my husband to put in our bathroom. He’s a sweater and HATES when his clothes get wet and rub on him. So he’s been placing it anywhere that might happen. I put a container in the diaper bag and one out in the living room where I change diapers. It’s a must for diaper changes now. And after baths. Ireland uses it on her hands. She’s got sensitive skin and drys out fast. This helps. And when I need some Chapstick, except with this stuff I’m not looking for more after 5 mins. This stuff stays, but still feels light. And even more recently I’ve been using it as a face moisturizer. Which-Awesome! So basically we all love this stuff and we’re wondering why we didn’t have any before? Oh man – do I need that this week!!!!!!!! My poor (almost) 2 year old has the driest, cracking hands for some reason. It just breaks my heart, but the samples from her peed are getting us by, but almost gone. My lips get super dried out (sometimes up to my nose – NOT cute!) just by turning on the heater in my car, and with a little one, it’s unavoidable in this 6 degree weather! I have been putting Aquaphor all around my mouth and on my lips, on my daughters hands and all her dry spots as much as I can remember. I love that it soaks in quickly and that it is SAFE for my baby!! It has helped her so much and has stopped her hands from cracking and bleeding.
I’m hoping I’ll wake up w/ healed lips as well!!!

Love this product and used it for my first son. I have been having problems finding it for my second son. Would love this basket.
I LOVE this product. I recently blogged about how I can’t wait to use in on my baby when he’s born in March. I use it on cracked knuckles, dry lips and sensitive ear piercings! LOVE LOVE LOVE It!

When I worked in daycare and washed my hands every 5mins this stuff worked SO well at keeping my hands soft and not cracking. *loved* it! Don’t know why I haven’t gotten any recently, the stuff rocks!
I use this on my hands in the winter. The Advanced Therapy Healing lotion is great, it works fast.

I love to use it for skin softening(the slather on and top with gloves/socks), treating the kids raw skin from runny noses(i have one with constant allergies and her nose is red and raw a LOT – doesn’t see the need to wipe her nose very often ;P), and helping my husbands chapped skin when he has to be outside a lot – he’s in the military and spends a great deal of every month outside.
I slather my hands in aquaphor every night. Love it!
As a child my mom called me “diaper rash queen”. I’ve been plagued with rashy skin my whole life. When I was in beauty school (washing clients heads repeatedly all day) I also worked in a bakery and had to continually wear gloves and wash my hands, therefore resulting in dry sky and rashes…Aquaphor DEF helped sooth my skin!!! THANKS AQUAPHOR!
I would rub it on my hands, as they’re very dry this time of year. I’d also apply the body lotion after my shower to moisturize my itchy skin.

Since he was a baby, my son always gets chapped cheeks in the winter. We pull out the Aquaphor at nighttime, especially, and it helps his skin heal so well. We still use it today.
